Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Good Luck ("the App", "we", "us"), a draw-poker entertainment app available at goodluckpoker.com and as an iOS app. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. This is not real-money gambling

Good Luck is an entertainment app. The balance, credits, and any in-app "wins" shown in the App are virtual currency with no monetary value. They:

• cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, redeemed, or exchanged for real money, goods, or any prize of value;
• have no value outside the App and are not a financial product, security, or store of value;
• may be reset, adjusted, or revoked by us at our discretion, including to correct errors or address abuse.

Purchasing credits is a purchase of a digital entertainment product, not a wager, deposit, or investment. Success at prior play does not guarantee future results — outcomes are randomized.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, play, or purchase credits. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement. We may request verification and may suspend accounts where we reasonably believe this requirement isn't met.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to manipulate or exploit the App, use unauthorized automation, or engage in fraud (including payment fraud or chargebacks without cause).

5. Purchases

Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD. See our Refund Policy for details on delivery and your right of withdrawal.

6. Leaderboard & display name

If you appear on the leaderboard, your full name (as provided at sign-up, or from your Google/Apple account if you sign in that way) may be shown to other users alongside your net-win figures for that period. Don't sign up with a name you don't want shown publicly.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or tamper with the App or its balance/odds systems; use bots, scripts, or automation to play; interfere with other users; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose — nothing more.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Game outcomes are randomized and no particular result is guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under Dutch or EU law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence, and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
