Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Good Luck ("the App") collects, why, and what rights you have over it.

1. Who's responsible for your data

Albert Geadah — data controller
Trading as Good Luck
KVK: 42116186
Karel Klinkenbergstraat 1E, 1061AH Amsterdam, Netherlands
Contact: albertjadaa15@gmail.com

2. What we collect

  • Account data: the email and full name you sign up with, or that your Google/Apple account provides if you sign in that way.
  • Gameplay data: your balance, hand history, and win/loss ledger, used to run the game and leaderboard.
  • Purchase data: a record that a purchase happened and its amount. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles payment directly.
  • Technical data: standard web/hosting logs (like IP address and browser type), collected automatically by our hosting provider.

3. Why we process it

  • To create and run your account and gameplay (performance of our contract with you).
  • To process purchases (contract, and legal/tax obligations).
  • To keep the App secure and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interest).
  • To show leaderboard standings (performance of our contract with you — see our Terms on what's shown).

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the App, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and account storage.
  • Stripe — payment processing for credit purchases.
  • Vercel — web hosting.
  • Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising purposes.

5. International transfers

Some of the providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where that happens, it's covered by that provider's own safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we're required to keep records for legal or tax reasons (e.g. purchase records).

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • ask us to restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your own country's equivalent.

To exercise any of these, email albertjadaa15@gmail.com.

8. Cookies & local storage

We use essential local browser storage to keep you signed in between visits. We don't use third-party advertising trackers or cookies.

9. Children

The App is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do.
